Digital Projects

Google My Maps

As the first of the digital artifacts created specifically for this portfolio, I created a Google My Map, which allowed me to tag any location of my choosing around the globe. I chose to tag locations around New Hampshire where my family currently lives, and I called this exhibition "Sliding Around New Hampshire" as an homage to my last name. As part of the tagging process, I included a photo of each house, as well as a brief description of who resided at each home and a brief background of each location.

Thinglink 360° Image Tour

As the second of the digital artifacts created specifically for this portfolio, I worked in a small group (namely with Jordan Robichaud and Kaitlin Carroll) to take 360° images around the University of New Hampshire campus, using a 360° camera and a tripod. Once the images were taken, I selected one image to create into a 360° tour on Thinglink, tagging at least five key locations or objects within my photo and giving a brief description of each tag.

Twine Story

As the third and final of the digital artifacts created specifically for this portfolio, I created a Twine story, using the Twine application and HTML coding to create an interactive story with many different possible outcomes. When conceptualizing the story, I decided to create one that allowed readers to select where my life will head once I graduate from college in 2024. I called my Twine story "The Game of Life: Post-College".
